March Check-In
Activity Check
✨ In Iyashikei, our activity check is just a check-in to ensure you would still like to be in the game.
✨ The Activity Check runs the last five days of every month and closes at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month.
✨ Those who have an Activity Check exemption are not required to respond to the post. To qualify for AC exemption, a hiatus must be a minimum of 2 weeks and have been posted to the hiatus page. Hiatuses cannot be retroactive.
✨ If you cannot access a computer during this time, please don't hesitate to let the mods know via the mod contact page and we will work with you as best we can.
✨ You must check in each of your individual characters. Any characters that are not checked in will be swept from the game. This includes characters who joined us just this month. The only exceptions are characters who have been accepted after the check-in has begun.
✨ There is no Activity Check warning list. We will, happily, post reminders, but we will not be posting who we're missing activity from.
✨ There is no strike list for missing the activity check. Missing the Activity Check means you will be removed from the game. After being removed, you will have to wait a full month until you can apply for the same character.
✨ We trust you, our players, to be active in the game even without any formal activity check requirements. We would like to maintain this format of activity check-in at Iyashikei, however, if we notice any concerning patterns or character squatting we will contact the player directly and address the matter privately.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Recently Iroh has been settling in a little more and has begun doing a few classes on elemental manipulation, specifically fire and teaching those interested about fire and the proper respect to show it. He has also continued expanding his collection of tea.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? So far he’s primarily been lending a hand and doing a bit of heavy lifting here and there where needed. He also helped a bit with the love potion situation, taking down a few of those responsible and bringing them in. Other than that he’s been trying to adjust to Jinx not being his little girl anymore, that she’s just not Powder. Still looking for something a bit more concrete to do though, he heard about a bar opening up but hasn’t managed to stumble across it yet.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Samewise Gamgee has only just arrived, and so far he’s done a little poking around and exploring. But mainly he’s been settling in to his hole in the ground, and making his hobbit hole a right proper place to live, and started working on preparing a garden that he can tend to.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? She is reaching out to newcomers and doing what she can to ensure they have a safe place to stay + a good meal. She has also talked to others about their experiences and decided to keep an eye on the various events that take hold - even briefly - of Iyashikei. Is the desire for peace real and sought with good intentions or is it merely a mask for something else?

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Doing his part to ensure little joys always occur in peoples lives. That everyone has a smile, or leaves feeling better and happier! He'd like to start teaching healing, he thinks his healing - being based on the amount of love a person holds - would do wonderfully here! And maybe be useful as he himself can only heal other cookies oops. So he's going to look into that!

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Zack's been settling in, pestering his old pal Sephiroth, and being a general nuisance around town. He adored the Festival and has been running around making friends with far too much energy for one person.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Kaiba's just been continuing to do odd jobs for stardust and get the place ready for spring. He took Labubu to the Festival of Color and WIZA, and put in some work around the aquarium area. The tour was nice.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Vox is simultaneously forging bonds with some characters, while burning bridges with others. Truly spectacular! But he's met a few more characters on the TDM, attended Max's winter sports event for news coverage, went to the Sweet Street block party to do some more filming there and swooned over shark pups at the aquarium.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Definitely still settling in and investigating what the 'rules' of Iyashikei are versus other worlds. Also running errands for Fai and Sakura while he does so, and keeping an eye out for any whispers of Syaoran.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Early in the month Lace was still not taking up any housing opportunities since she had doubts about the Council's sincerity. Since talking to folks like Maria, Hollyberry, and Poppi and seeing people talking on the network she has come to accept that yea they were probably being honest about their intentions.
Still it hasn't been quite enough to give her the push to start fully engaging with others. Ever since learning about the death of her sibling from Hornet she had gotten more fixated on letting herself unravel which means she's been deliberately refusing to go to anyone for aid. She's been very much in a "lets ignore everything that has happened" state but she's finally begun to fracture and spiral when Fluttershy told her the story of the Mare in the Moon.
Her body began to finally give out and she lost a leg and was found by Emily.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Donatello has been showing his big brother, Raphael, around the city. However, he has also been spending far too much time in the library reading and learning all he can (there's so much here?!) that Raph is probably going to have to physically drag him out of the apartment by his Battle Shell. He needs to make more friends so it's a good thing his outgoing big bro is here!

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? Sephiroth helped out a lot at WIZA, fixing habitats, taking care of the animals (on Zack's suggestion), and working in the gift shop. He enjoyed the serenity of being with the animals and rather liked helping at the gift shop, making sure everything was running smoothly. He may decide to apply for a managerial position at some business or another, if such a position is open.

What have they been up to in Iyashikei so far? She participated in the festival of color and absolutely loved it unlike Fluttershy, ACTUALLY CHANGED HER OUTFIT/LOOK FOR PERHAPS THE FIRST TIME EVER??? Unsure if she'll keep it but she does like how comfy and easy to move in pants are... and she also went to WIZA and enjoyed the aquarium the most, just chilling with the fishies and feeling kind of nostalgic for the ARK. It was a nice, good time there.
